All in-stock orders are shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. Often orders are shipped within the same day. - Privacy & Security

If a product fails or if you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 90 days, simply contact customer service at the “Contact Us” page or call us at 888-EROTOYS (376-8697). Upon receiving a return authorization number, return the product to us. You will then have several choices:
• Exchange for same or similar product
• Receive an Erototoys.com store credit
• Full Refund
