identifying marks or logos. The label does not include an identifiable return address, and lists the
sender simply as ‘SHIPPING DEPARTMENT’ or just ‘SHIPPING’. You can rest assured that the
US mail carrier or UPS worker will have no idea what the contents of the shipment are.

Unline other adult toy retailers, we back up our promise. If the package appears opened or damaged
in any way, simply refuse delivery. We will reship your order or issue you a full refund at your request.

In addition, whenever you place an order you are sent a tracking number* as soon as the order ships,
so that you can track the shipment and know exactly when it is scheduled to arrive. That way, you know exactly
when your package is coming and there are absolutely no surprises.

place is securely stored is at our credit card processor’s encrypted database, and the only reason it is stored there is in case
we need to issue you a credit or refund in the future. There is only one person that has access to that databse and it is the CEO

Unline our more notorious competitor, we will not harass you by sending you a continuous stream of
mailings once you’ve placed an order from us. In fact you will NEVER get anything from us in your
mailbox that you haven’t specifically requested.

Your email inbox is also not going to get SPAMMED once you place an order. You will only get our
promotional newsletter with exclusive deals if you ask for it by checking the appropriate box when you
placing your order, or signing up for it on our home page. It’s easy to unsubscribe, and once you do,
you won’t get anything else from us unless you request it again.
